EC of India is showing all rules in alloting common symbols to PRP,Yes EC is quasi judiciary Constitutional independent authority and can take take any decission.Pacivadi paina anni rules OK.Sri Sarad Pavar ji offered his party Symbol CLOCK to PRP .Clock is ready to ring in favour of PRP.Let PRP President set alarm if Clock is reqired
