NRI Dept will be setup to look after their problems and resolutions - Like in China, PRP will look at options of supporting returning NRI's to setup businesses - Spl Attention to early resolution of all real estate related disputes to encourage NRI's to invest in Andhra - Legal Aid for NRI's in Gulf who are in jails without any trail - Spoken english centres will be setup where many people are going to Gulf region (Telangana and Godavari dists) - Skill enhancement cum placement centres for Gulf emmigrants - Distance education centres will be provided for gulf NRI's to become graduates and post graduates - Interest free loans for travel related expenses for work permit holders traveling to certain gulf countries - Spl addition to needs of parents of NRI's by way of old age homes, special medical care and security
