Day1 - Inaguarated an Engg College in Kavali and entered Prakasam Dist. He is not feeling well and has slight fever but spoke with a lot of passion in an extremely well attended meeting in Singarayakonda. He requested people not to shower him with flowers.
Day2 - Giddaluru sabha is a huge success. People from the surrounding villages came in hordes to the Giddaluru public meeting and the public meeting got converted intoa road show with people lining up the roads to welcome Chiranjeevi despite a downpur.
Keeping in view the large number of ex-servicemen living in Giddalur area, Mr. Chiranjeevi announced that the PR, if elected to power, would get a Sainik school sanctioned at the place.
Chiranjeevi wants to supply the package of "vandaku vanta saruku" to poor people in all places symbolicaly on January 11th.
Day3 - Hundreds of people thronged Bhavani centre at Addanki from 4 p.m. and took vantage positions to have a glimpse of the cine actor. When Mr. Chiranjeevi reached the place at 6 p.m., they lustily greeted him. While scores of youth rode on motorcycles wearing head bands and holding party flags aloft, men and women ran after the convoy to the meeting place, two kilometers away.
Police, who made bundobust, had tough time controlling the crowds and traffic in the small town of Addanki which burst at the seams. Ongole town is decked up completely for the roadshow and everywhere the people are waiting with eager anticipation.
Addressing a meeting at Darsi at 2 p.m. on the third day of his tour in the district, Mr. Chiranjeevi said that the officials denied permission for his meeting at three grounds in Markapur on Wednesday. One ground was rejected on the plea that somebody had sought it for a cricket match!
When he was addressing the meeting in a ground far away from the town, power supply was cut causing untold hardship to thousands of people thronged to hear him.
Day4-
He was in Ongole till afternoon and met his old lecturers and friends when Chiru studied there. Chiru's Chirala meeting is over and he was clearly overwhelmed by the response despite the late hours. He attacked the present day politicians for thier lack of concern for the everyday problems of the common man.
THE PRAKASAM MEETINGS AND ROADSHOWS HAVE SENT CHILLS DOWN THE SPINES OF THE POLITICIANS AND ARE A CLEAR INDICATION THAT THE PEOPLE ARE INDEED LOOKING FORWARD FOR A CHANGE
