Change’ was the buzzword and it reverberated in high decibels around the Arts College with teachers, students, artistes and representatives of some political parties pledging to make it a decisive factor in the ensuing elections.
The Yuva Rajyam leader, who stole the show despite the presence of NTP chief T. Devender Goud and balladeer Gadar, spoke about his party’s dream of providing power to people. “It will be a revolutionary change,” he said.
When his speech was interrupted by some students who sought to the party’s stand on SC categorisation, he said that the issue was also a part of social justice.
“We will not run away from problems, but we have entered to solve problems,” he said even as his supporters tried to pacify the agitated students of the Madiga Students’ Front.
The meeting was also attended by Gaddar and Devender Goud
